AC LowRider Front Installation Instructions

This rack is designed to mount on forks with standard eyelets with a spacing of 165mm from the lower eyelet to the mid fork eyelet. Hardware is included for both threaded and through bolt upper eyelets. If your fork has NO mid fork eyelets we recommend using additional band clamps around the fork legs.

If the eyelet mid-way up your fork goes completely through the fork leg, follow these simple instructions:

  1. Align rack with hoop facing forward to lower fork eyelets and attach with short bolts (M5 x 25mm).
  2. Align the upper eyelets with the horizontal slot in the adjustable crossbar so that the rack is flat and attach rack with long bolts (M5X40mm) and nut.
  3. Tighten all hardware, and your installation is complete.

If the upper eyelet on your fork does not go all the way through follow these instructions:

  1. Align rack with hoop facing front to lower fork eyelets and attach with short bolts (M5 x 25mm).
  2. Align the upper eyelets with the slot in the adjustable crossbar so that the rack is flat and attach rack with remaining short bolts.
    Do not use longer bolts.
  3. Tighten all hardware.
